7:00 pm - A Celebration of Women in Art at the Loeb Art Center 

Celebrate Women’s History month with us with a tour of “Women Picturing Women: From Personal Spaces to Public Ventures” a special exhibit at Vassar’s Loeb Museum.

Did you know that just up the road at Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, there’s an art museum where you can see works by Picasso, O’Keeffe, Pollock, in one room, artifacts from ancient Egypt in another and landscapes by the Hudson River School painters in still another?

In this live Zoom tour we’ll discover the many artistic treasures at Vassar College’s Frances Lehman Loeb Art Center.  A Vassar art history student will lead us on a fun and family-friendly tour that highlights some of the extraordinary artworks in this jewel-box of a museum, giving special attention to the women artists whose work is featured in the Loeb’s new exhibition.
