What is habitat? Who needs help from humans? What should we do to help, and what should we not do? Why are native plants important for wildlife? What is the role of insects and what are their needs for habitat? What to plant? We will cover the importance of plant size, shape, bloom time, etc., as well as what to do in winter to help insects, and other critters make it through the cold months. Our vision is the creation of contiguous suburban habitats.
