3:30 pm - Family Science Night: Seed Bombs & Launchers

In partnership with the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Putnam County, the DFPL Innovation & Learning Center invites families to join us and help seed our meadow with native, pollinator-friendly seeds! Together, kids and parents will construct both the seed bombs themselves *and* a launching device. Will you make a slingshot, a cannon, a catapault, or something new? Then we’ll test our creations by launching the seed bombs into our meadow, and enjoy a sustainable and responsible meadow for generations to come!
