Morning Mindfulness Meditation Series for Beginners

Join Alicia Leeds for a free six-week online course in mindfulness mediation.
This group will meet Wednesdays at 9:30 A.M. on Zoom beginning November 4th and continue through December 9th for one hour each week. Register here once for the first event and then use the same link each week to join the group. Please plan on joining each session in the series if possible. Registration will close after the series starts.
In this series, you will learn simple mindfulness meditation practices that can be easily incorporated into your daily life, to increase self-awareness and compassionate presence.
ALICIA LEEDS is a Holistic Health and Life Coach and certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher who has been practicing meditation since 1999. She has facilitated yoga and meditation retreats in Cold Spring since 2013. She is currently in her second year of Tara Brach’s Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training Program and she is the creative force behind Elephant Belly Pottery.
