Join the Philipstown Hub and the Putnam Prevention Council at the Desmond-Fish Public Library for a free NARCAN training! Naloxone is a medication that can quickly reverse an overdose from prescribed painkillers or illicit forms of opioids such as heroin and fentanyl. This free course will teach you how to recognize the signs of an opioid overdose and administer Naloxone. NARCAN kits provided upon completion.
