Join the Libraries of Putnam County LIVE this Friday for the Final Countdown of Putnam Performs – The Virtual Teen Talent Contest – where we will announce the top 3 contestants and the winners of $300, $200, and $100 prizes! Philipstown has 4 of the top 10 in the county. Great performers and so exciting!
