Rest and Restore: for teens

Enjoy an hour of calm in a busy and hectic world. Join one or all 3 of this three part series designed to help teens learn to find inner peace, cope with life’s pressures and battle the winter blues. Each session will involve yoga, meditation, a particular theme and special activity designed around that theme. In February we will be making healthy and delicious smoothies.
