The digital world can be a freeing place –– but like any social sphere, it can also be a place for the unsavory to take advantage of the unsuspecting. In this workshop, we’ll look at a wide range of common scams and how to thwart them –– from robocalls to ransomware and everything in between.

A Digital Literacy Afternoon Workshop Series program. In these friendly, introductory courses, participants will learn the basics of various digital tools in a welcoming and supportive environment, geared towards seniors or other newcomers to the devices, programs, or issues in question.
