The Supreme Court: Power, Politics, and the Presidency

January 12, 2025 @ 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm

As the time for the new administration nears, speculation about the future composition, self-regulation, and future impact of the Supreme Court runs rampant. Join renowned Constitutional lawyer David Goldberg and Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Jane Spencer for a not-to-be missed conversation on Sunday, January 12 at 2PM. They will discuss the Supreme Court’s pivotal role in shaping American law, examine recent decisions, and most critically look at the implications for the judiciary’s future – and by extension the future of American democracy.

About the Speakers:

After clerking for Justices Ginsburg and Souter and working at the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, Goldberg established his own practice in 2000.
