Using Library Space

Using the upstairs small meeting spaces

The Library offers several spaces for use by individuals and other community organizations, including two small reading rooms on the upper floor. These rooms can be reserved ahead of time by calling the library or speaking to someone at the front desk, or emailing staff@desmondfishlibrary.org.

Using the Program Room as a gallery space

The downstairs program space of the library can occasionally be used as a gallery or exhibit space. More information about the rules and parameters of using the room as a gallery space can be found in our programming policy. If you wish to use the downstairs program room as a gallery or exhibit space, please complete this form. Use of the room for gallery space is approved based on library policies, calendar availability, and the discretion of library staff and the library services committee.
