An event every week that begins at 11:00 am on Friday, repeating until April 26, 2024
Every Friday from 11am-1pm, walk-in tech help is available with our Assistant Programming Librarian, Justice. Ask questions about technical issues with your devices or learn how to use our online digital services like Hoopla and Libby. No registration or appointment is necessary.
If you need assistance on a Friday outside of these hours, please call the library the day prior and we will do our best to accommodate. Tech help appointments are available on other days of the week with our Digital Services Librarian, Ryan. You can schedule appointment for another day HERE.
Please note that Tech Help Open Hours are in-person only. Phone and virtual appointments are available with our Digital Services Librarian using the link above. Tech Help Open Hours services do not include structural device repair. We welcome you to call ahead to provide a scope of your technical needs to ensure that we are able to assist you before you arrive.
